March 2004 shall remain as a memorable month for all of us at ESM as we all saw an incredible growth in terms of our achievements, the size of the ESM family and even in terms of our well-earned position in the shipping industry in the world. Our training institute
SIMS made a splash as a top world class seafarers training institute with its state of the art modern
and sophisticated equipments with indigenous know-how and innovations. SIMS
is indeed the proof of how committed we are in training and
maintaining our quality standards and safety culture.
Despite our lack of enthusiasm in marketing ourselves, we are indeed happy at being sought after by the world’s top industry leaders for our services.

That makes us all the more convinced that our policies and standards will be always appreciated and upheld by those who share our views on integrity and business ethics over any short term financial benefit.
We are indeed extremely proud of our team - each one of them whether sailing or working ashore has
contributed tirelessly to arrive at this very memorable point of this organization. We do look back with a lot of satisfaction but we also look forward to a future, which we know will bring us a lot more interesting and satisfying moments-if we continue with the same determination and enthusiasm.
