The last 31 days of the year passed as if it was just 31 minutes! Well, a bit of an exaggeration apart, the fact is that a whole lot of activities apart from our regular load of work kept us all busy the entire month. However, the good part is that we had a lot of fun along with the hard work that goes along with organizing the fun!

This month’s newsletter, extended to 16 pages attempts to give you readers a whiff of an idea as what all we were up to in the month gone by.

Our bi-annual seminar for the ratings successfully brought to light our continuous efforts and endeavour to make new knowledge and training available to them. Many practical issues and ideas were discussed and many misgivings cleared face to face. Our sincere thanks to our Asst Crew Manager Ritchie Kotwal and Capt. Raktim Roy from SIMS for successfully organising the seminar.

Additionally we had organized the annual get together for all our BPMS officers which has been termed a grand success by one and all including none other than new BP Shipping CEO and Vice President of the BP Group, Mr. David Baldry who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest! A special vote of thanks for the teams from ESM, Mumbai and ESM, Singapore for their great efforts.
