A Letter from ESM...            
Executive ship management has been traditionally a media shy establishment and we have a very good reason to be exactly that. The simple reason being: this has paid us to reach the point where we have arrived today. Our success story has been entirely due to our single-minded devotion to our work and focusing our entire concentration to raise ourselves to the highest level of the international standard of ship management from day one.

For a ship management company which started with a single ship and without the behind the scene support of any big financial house or godfathers, we are proud to be self sufficient and rely totally on our own resources and talent.

We are proud of each individual among us -on board and ashore, who has whole-heartedly believed in the success of human spirit against all odds and to celebrate merit and recognise success on merit only.

 
Tendency to crave accolades and buy awards are prevalent in the market for it may make business sense to many. However, this is a diversion we have carefully avoided and have remained steadfast in our business of work and work alone. Thereby we saved time and we saved a lot of money for ourselves and for the clients. The result is for everybody to see for himself or herself :our clients belong to the list of top ship owners of the world!

We would remain the same in the foreseeable future, our focus will remain the same, that is, to be the number one, to improve ourselves continuously, to teach ourselves all along and to challenge ourselves with a goal setting standards for others in the field to follow.

We are indeed proud of our team- both on board and ashore. In the end, the success is always ours!!
