A Letter from ESM...
Following some advice and suggestions from our sailing staff, we have started sending our monthly newsletter to the ships in printed form. It is indeed a cheaper mode of communication than an email attachment. However, since it is being sent by snail mail, naturally the newsletter is destined to arrive at a much slower pace. Please accept it as “Better late than never!” Anyway, we do not include any urgent matter in the newsletter and it is meant to be just a leisure reading in order to keep ourselves abreast of
the happenings in the ships and the offices and also to establish an informal mode of communication among all of us. Further, we are definitely on time every month as a part of our website and those who are ashore can view it anytime after 0000 hrs of the 01st day of the month.
As you can see that the recommendations and suggestions from you all are given due consideration and so far most of them are implemented or in the process of being implemented. We may mention here the introduction of a scheme to provide recognition and incentives to the outstanding performers in each ship, the details of which has been already sent to all. We do hope, the result of the scheme will bring out the best in each ship as well as motivate all on board for achieving a higher target in each area of performance. Wish you all very best!
Finally ,"Happy Diwali"( 23rd October) greetings to all our readers on board and ashore. Have a nice trip, safe trip and enjoy your work as well!

Please continue to keep us posted with your valuable comments in future.
