Tentative course schedule for the month of Oct 2007. May subject to changes. Please contact SIMS Mumbai for confirmation.

Come October, life is going to be the busiest month for the entire year of 2007. We are preparing for the forthcoming official inauguration of SIMS, Lonavala on   01st November. A team is working behind the scene for last couple of months and as the days progress we have team members joining in from our offices across the continents to pull in extra efforts for the final show.

It’s indeed going to a defining moment of success and growth for all combined in ESM and SIMS on 01st November, as we would share that moment with the rest of the world to celebrate this achievement.

We are indeed honoured and blessed with the good will and enthusiasm from all our esteemed clients and business partners many of whom will fly down thousand of miles to this small hill resort on East of Mumbai - just to be with us.

We are also packing our bag and baggage – not for a long over due holiday, but to relocate to a new office space for ESM, Singapore. We are indeed one of the many victims of the success story of Singapore’s real estate development! As our present building 76 Shenton Way waits for its demolition squad, we have found another very well- connected, centrally located office space in #20-00, UIC building- just a stone throw distance for the present office. Yes, we will start operating from the new premises from 01st November. Please note all our contract telephone numbers will remain the same.

Health Tip:
What Can Trigger a Migraine
Learn what to avoid

Migraines are severe, debilitating headaches that can cause nausea, dizziness and sensitivity to light and certain sounds. If you're able to figure out what triggers a migraine, you may be able to prevent one. Here are some common causes, courtesy of the American Health Foundation:

  • Stress.
  • Some foods, including anything fried or fatty, some meats (especially red meat), cheese, chocolate, ice cream, aspartame or anything cooked in MSG.
  • Skipping a meal.
  • Consuming too much caffeine.
  • Smoking.
  • Changes in the weather.
  • Changes in hormone levels, including menstruation.
  • Getting too much or not enough sleep, or a change in sleep schedule.
