A Letter from ESM...            
As we continue with our measured growth and expansion, we have surpassed our own expectations in one aspect; That is the training for in-house crew and personnel. While,we have established Samundra Institute of Maritime Studies (SIMS) as the foremost post-sea training centre in India, we have also taken the next step towards establishing our pre-sea training school. The work for the pre-school facilities should be starting very soon and the project will definitely set another milestone in our achievements. 

With this, we will probably be the only ship manager in India to own such in-house facilities.

This indeed is part of our commitment to our crew for providing them a world class training facilities and also to our clients for providing them world class seafarers in the ships we manage for them.
