Indulge in the irresistible flavors of our Garlic Butter Pork Chops, a dish that perfectly balances savory and aromatic notes. Each tender pork chop is seared to golden perfection and then bathed in a luscious garlic butter sauce infused with fragrant thyme.

Ingredients you'll need

  • Pork chops: 2 pcs
  • Salt & Ground black pepper: to taste
  • Thyme: a few sprigs
  • Garlic: 2-4 cloves, minced
  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degree F. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and set aside

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, thyme and garlic set aside.

  3. In a cast iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, when the skillet is really hot. Add the pork chops sear until golden, about 2 minutes per side.

  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the pork chops. Place the skillet in the oven and cook until the pork chops reach and internal temperature of 145 degree F about 10-14 min minute.

  5. Remove from the oven. Using a spoon, pour some of the butter sauce left in the skillet on the pork chops before serving.
