This fried fish recipe is a flavorful dish coated in savory sauce made from soya sauce, tomato ketchup, and corn flour, creating a crispy and mouthwatering exterior. This dish is perfect for seafood lovers looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.

Ingredients you'll need

  • Fish 500 gm
  • Oil for frying
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paster 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Carrot 25 gm
  • Onion 50 gm
  • Soya Sauce 50 gm
  • Tomato Ketchup 50 gm
  • Garlic (chopped) 3 pcs
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp

Instructions


  1. Wash the fish with fresh water and clean it thoroughly. Then marinate it with ginger garlic paste, pepper, vinegar, and salt for 1 hour.

  2. Fry the fish in the hot oil in batches of 5-6 minutes. They should have a slight colour all over. Drain the fish on a kitchen towel and set aside.

  3. Heat the oil in the pan then put chopped garlic and onion in it. Fry for 2 minutes and add the little water along with soya sauce, tomato ketchup and boil it for some time. Then add corn flour into it.

  4. Put the fried fish in the pan for 3 minutes. Then take out the fish and garnish it with vegetables.

  5. Red fish fry is ready to serve.
