With a sailing experience of 16 years, Capt. Diwakar moved ashore to ESM’s corporate office in Singapore after sailing onboard ESM-managed vessels for two years. Bringing a rich experience in oil and chemical tankers, he joined as a Marine Superintendent and has grown in various roles since. In his role, he guides the sailing staff in achieving safe and efficient operations whilst facilitating vetting inspections of ESM managed ships. With a result oriented approach, he has contributed in placing ESM’s vetting record ahead amongst its industry peers.

A sailing Master in ESM managed vessels, Capt. Thomas joined as Marine Superintendent onshore at its corporate office in Singapore. Bringing his chemical tanker experience and knowledge to the Company, he has grown in various roles. In his role, he leads and guides the team of experienced superintendents in the marine operations of the company and provides the intricate knowledge and expertise that the sailing staff depend on for a quality and safe operation.
