Gaurav Dwivedi joined ESM with over 14 years of sailing experience and since has completed over a decade onshore at ESM/Executive group. As part of his tenure with the Group, Gaurav also spent a stint with the ship repair business in Arc Marine and honed his technical and management skill along the way. In his current role, he leads his team towards quality performance and operations of diverse range of ships including chemical tankers, bulk carriers as well as manages dry docking and new vessel deliveries.
Jitendra Kumar

Jitendra Kumar holds over two decades of experience in the industry and has held various positions within the Executive Group of companies, including, a teaching faculty role in the Group’s maritime training institute arm (SIMS). In his current role as an Director, Technical, he brings in multifaceted management skills to guide his team, driving top quality technical management performance and operations.
